Logistics Support


  • Assembling and shipping Georgetown Brewing orders, receiving materials, maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage areas, support to Inventory Manager.

Job duties and responsibilities:

Reports to Inventory Manager
  • Assembles and loads outgoing shipments
  • Receives incoming shipments
  • Check incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
  • Documents shipments and receipts with necessary information such as date, quantities, lot numbers, exceptions, damages, etc
  • Organizes and cleans storage areas (including cold rooms) as directed by Inventory Manager

  • Good organization and analytical abilities
  • Works well with others in a team environment as well as independently
  • Ability to stay focused in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate safe operation of material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, other powered industrial handling equipment
  • Able to pass forklift training within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly, and move 160lbs safely throughout 10 hour shift

Desired skills:

  • Current forklift certification
